Sustainably sourced taco truck with an island twist. The kabocha squash taco is addictive and the Spam taco is the sleeper hit — don't skip it. Great seared ahi tostada special. Sources from local fishermen, ranchers, farmers. Outdoor seating with garden vibes. Very limited hours (only 4 days/week). Often has live music during First Saturday Art Walk.
